Fall 2026 celebration
Convocation will be held October 26–28, 2026 at Bingemans Conference Centre.
Turn at the street directly across from Waterloo Brewing (on Bingemans Centre Dr.) and follow it downhill to Marshall Hall.
Graduates not attending convocation
Fall 2026 graduates who are unable to attend their scheduled convocation ceremony are invited to celebrate their achievement by collecting their document, dressing in ceremonial regalia, taking photos in front of a celebratory backdrop, and connecting with the Alumni Office.
When: Monday, November 2, and Tuesday, November 3, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Pickup is unavailable outside these dates.
- You must present government-issued photo ID or your ONE Card.
- Documents cannot be picked up by family or friends.
- Unclaimed documents will be mailed if the address is within Canada.
Where: Welcome Centre, Room 103, Kitchener – Doon campus
