| Additional information | My 20 years in the public health field has given me extensive knowledge of health promotion, workplace legislative requirements, health inspection safety standards, exceptional interpersonal communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving skills and natural ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal/external agencies, and community leaders to prevent disease, promote well-being of individuals, and protect the health of the residents. I am recognized as a change leader, excel in organizational change management, with demonstrated expertise in driving quality and process improvement initiatives to achieve better public health outcomes. I use a genuine, flexible yet straightforward and passionate teaching style to empower my students as they are the future of this public health profession. |
