Conestoga's two-year Health Care Administration and Service Management graduate certificate program offers experienced healthcare professionals the opportunity to build strong organizational leadership and management skills while gaining familiarity with the Canadian healthcare system.

This highly engaging and interactive program includes both in-person and online classes. You will analyze and apply leadership theories, and develop key skills in communication, finance, human resources, and operations management.
