Thinking about a career in healthcare but not sure where to begin? Conestoga's Pre-Health Sciences Pathway to Certificates and Diplomas program is the perfect starting point for high school graduates who want to explore the health sciences and boost their chances of getting into competitive programs. In just two terms of full-time study, you'll gain foundational knowledge in health, biology and college-level learning while building confidence and academic readiness.
This program combines classroom theory with practical learning to help you understand the demands of college life and the healthcare field. It's designed to make you a stronger applicant for Conestoga's health-related certificate and diploma programs, including:
- Biotechnology Technician
- Community Pharmacy Assistant
- Fitness and Health Promotion
- Hearing Instrument Specialist
- Medical Laboratory Assistant/Technician
- Occupational Therapist Assistant & Physiotherapist Assistant
- Pharmacy Technician
- Practical Nursing
- Veterinary Assistant
- Veterinary Technician
