Program description - January 2027

Canada's trucking industry is a thriving business sector offering countless employment opportunities for new graduates.

Conestoga's two-year Business - Supply Chain and Operations for Commercial Trucking diploma program prepares you to work within the logistics industry, focusing on road transportation and related transport operations.

In four accelerated terms, you will develop an understanding of trucking safety, customer service, operations, logistics and business principles through practical and situational learning activities. Areas of focus include transportation management systems, customer service, freight pricing, load distribution, hours of service, e-logging legislation, geography, logistics business practices and finance in logistics.

Through practical assignments, case analysis projects, group case studies and situational problem-solving, you will be well-prepared for a career in Canada's transportation sector. Graduates are ready for entry-level roles in trucking and logistics operations.

Financial assistance

The Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) is a needs-based program designed to help eligible Ontario students cover the cost of post-secondary education.
