Change is a constant in today's business world. Successful leaders need a broad range of skills to effectively implement and manage workplace changes of varying scopes. This two-term Ontario Graduate Certificate program is ideal if you are preparing to take on the challenge of a supervisory, management, or leadership role supporting business transformation. You will explore a variety of change management theories, models, and principles to build a solid foundation. You will view change through an organizational lens, including culture, strategic direction, organizational readiness, and hierarchical influences. You will analyze the human side of change such as the psychology of change, motivational factors, and effective communication. Through a variety of hands-on activities such as group work and case studies, you will gain and apply skills related to project management, strategic planning, evidence-based decision-making, and continuous improvement. Successful graduates of this program will be well-prepared to continue on to complete The Association for Change Management Professional's (ACMP) Change Management Practitioner certification.
