For students
Conestoga welcomes students from our global partner institutions to study at the college for one to two terms. Contact your home institution's study abroad office to express your interest in studying as an exchange student at Conestoga. Partner institutions can email us at global@conestogac.on.ca to explore student exchange opportunities.
Application information
Your home institution must nominate you. Once your nomination is approved, you'll be invited to apply. Applications must be received five months before the start of the term you wish to attend: the fall term (September to the end of December), the winter term (January to the end of April), and the spring term (May to the end of August).

Fees
Incoming exchange students from our exchange partner institutions pay their tuition fees to their home institution and are responsible for paying the following fees to Conestoga College:
- Health insurance (approximately CAD 200 per term)

- Transit pass (approximately CAD 120 per term)
required
- Housing:
- As an international exchange student, living in Conestoga housing is recommended as it will simplify your experience and allow you to live close to your new campus with other Conestoga students in a safe and affordable environment. Explore

Emerging Leaders of the America’s Program
The Emerging Leaders in the Americas Program (ELAP) aims to support the development of human capital and the next generation of leaders in the Americas while strengthening the linkages between post-secondary institutions in Canada and the Americas.
These scholarships provide students from post-secondary institutions located in Latin America and the Caribbean with short-term exchange opportunities for study or research at Canadian post-secondary institutions.

Canada-ASEAN Scholarships and Educational Exchanges for Development
The Canada-ASEAN Scholarships and Educational Exchanges for Development (SEED) program aims to reduce poverty in the developing countries of ASEAN and to achieve the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. SEED strengthens people-to-people ties between Canada and the Indo-Pacific region.
SEED scholarships are facilitated through institutional collaborations and student exchange agreements between post-secondary institutions in Canada and partner institutions in ASEAN countries.
